It is early in the book of Genesis that we read how that men began to call upon the Name of the Lord. Humanity is in need of the Lord. We depend upon God to send rain and sunshine so that our crops would grow and that we would eat and live. At times, life becomes complicated and confusing. Problems and challenges arise within our homes and with our relationships. There are also many frustrating times dealing with health concerns and issues on the job.

 

Believers have a God that hears and answers prayer. David wrote about his powerful experience with God and said, “Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice” (Psalm 55:17). We can take our concerns to God and be assured that He hears and understand them.
